What does "AI as a service" actually mean?
We pick one job that costs you time, such as chasing invoices or sending reminders, and set Nico up to do it with the tools you already use. A person checks it before it touches your customers, you approve anything that matters, and we keep it running for one monthly fee.
Will Nico send things without asking me?
Not anything that matters. Messages to customers, suppliers or your accountant wait for your OK until you tell us a task can run on its own. Nico never pays or moves money, signs anything, or makes tax or legal decisions.
Does Nico replace my accountant or my invoicing software?
No. Invoices are raised through your certified invoicing software, and your accountant keeps doing your accounts. Nico does the sorting, sending and chasing around them.
What does it cost?
